1. External Meeting Set-up

Set up a meeting through one of the following external providers: Zoom, Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Gotomeeting, and Twitch. In the Profile section of your account, click the "Live Shopping" button and attach the meeting link.

2. Meeting Information

Title your live event, and add all of the relevant information for your event. Be sure to fill out every section! Everything will be saved and updated on your Storefront automatically.

3. Visibility on Storefront

Select whether you want your customers to be able to access your Live Shopping event via your Storefront.

If you choose “Show on Storefront”, your customers will see this countdown on your storefront:
