Access Analytics

Go to the Analytics tab. The first report that appears is Overview.

Access Other Reports

Use the drop-down to select other reports. (In this article we focus on the overview report)

Set a Time Range

Use the drop down on the right corner to specify a time range (this applies to all reports).

Custom Range allows you to interact with a calendar to set certain dates. Click on a beginning date and then click on the ending date.

TVPage Metrics

Metrics covered with TVP Analytics include the following:

Video Views - Total Video Views

Photo Views - Total Photo Views

Revenue per Video View - Video Sales, divided by Video Views

Revenue per Photo View - Photo Sales, divided by Photo Views

Video Visit - A visit that includes at least one video view. A Video Visit ends if the user is inactive for at least 30 minutes.

Photo Visit - A visit that includes at least one photo view. A Photo Visit ends if the user is inactive for at least 30 minutes.

Product Link Visit - A visit that includes at least one click on a direct link to a product page. A Product Link Visit ends if the user is inactive for at least 30 minutes.

Video Conversions - Orders placed by users who, in the 30 days prior to the order, viewed at least one video or clicked on a product matched to a video.

Photo Conversions - Orders placed by users who, in the 30 days prior to the order, viewed at least one photo or clicked on a product matched to a video.

Product Link Conversions - Orders placed by users who, in the 30 days prior to the order, clicked on a product link to a product page.

Video Conversion Rate - Video Conversions, divided by Video Visits

Photo Conversion Rate - Photo Conversions, divided by Photo Visits

Product Link Conversion Rate - Product Link Conversions, divided by Product Link Visits

Video Sales - The sum of all orders placed by users who, in the 30 days prior to the order, viewed at least one video or clicked on a product matched to a video, where the view or click was the last event.

Photo Sales - The sum of all orders placed by users who, in the 30 days prior to the order, viewed at least one photo or clicked on a product matched to a photo, where the view or click was the last event.

Product Link Sales - The sum of all orders placed by users who, in the 30 days prior to the order, clicked on a product link to a product page, where the product link click was the last event. 

Video Sales AOV - The average order value of Video Sales.

Photo Sales AOV - The average order value of Photo Sales.

Product Link Sales AOV - The average order value of Product Link Sales.

View-through Rate - The percentage of the video duration that was viewed, on average.

Player Events. TVPage also collects multiple video playback events, noted below. These specific events may be useful for advanced analyses.
